1. The Start

Sebastian bootstrapped to 11.3k users as a nontechnical founder. He built an MVP, launched it, scaled it, learned how to code, improved the product, and kept scaling. This is a pic of him on launch day when he went viral on tiktok and got 752 users in 48 hours.

2. The Idea

From working at an agency, he noticed that every business he worked with was not focusing enough on customer support and making sure those customers would return and keep buying. When ChatGPT3 was launched, he had the idea to create a chatbot for those businesses.

3. The Launch

He cracked the game of TikTok. He created videos with a focus on the pain points that people had with Chat GPT. For example, with token limits. The videos got 100 of thousands of views combined, bringing in over 752 users within 48 hours.

4. Growth

Cold outreach strategies were quite slow and only really worked for me to get some early feedback. The one that really took off was organic content. I didn't have money to spend on marketing, and I knew from my experience that I could get organic content working.

5. Biggest Takeaway

He built the MVP with No-Code, monetized early, and kept trying to learn and improve.
